DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Grease and line a 10 x 6 x 1.5in tin with baking parchment.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the syrup and sugar, then simmer until the sugar has almost dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats.
  • Spoon into the prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool and mark into 16 squares.
  • Turn out and cool completely before cutting into the squares.
