Maple Glazed Salmon Fillets

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Place the salmon skin side-down on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Stir together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and brush over the salmon fillets.
  • Broil for 10-12 minutes, brushing the fillets again with the sauce after 5 minutes and then again after the fillets are done.
  • Fillets are done when fish flakes easily with a fork.

  1. I made this recipe just as it was written. My husband and I loved it.. I've used several different maple syrup recipes w/salmon and this is definitely the best ever. It was incredibly easy. I think this sauce would be very good on boneless pork chops. Thanks.

I have taught myself how to cook since college and my advice about cooking is to keep practicing, try all sorts of cookbooks and different recipes, and don't be afraid to fail--you'll always learn something from it (of course, I'm a teacher so it makes sense that I believe that). I moved to Dallas 3 years ago and I love the ready availability of genuine Mexican food in the area. It's the one kind of cuisine I've never tried to make myself because the restaurants in my area are so good. I love movies, music from the 70's and 80's, animals, and beautiful weather.
