DIRECTIONS

  • In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Toast bread, spread mayonnaise, add lettuce, pepper jack cheese, sliced onion and cooked bacon.
  • In a bowl whisk 1-egg, season with salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet melt 1-teaspoon butter and fry eggs one at a time.
  • Place fried egg on sandwich, sliced tomato, sliced pepperoncini, lettuce and cover sandwich. Slice sandwich in half and place on serving plate.
  • Garnish plates with Deli-Sliced Golden Greek Peperoncinis.
