Manwich Casserole

"This is a really easy meal to throw together on a busy night. I usually have my hamburger already cooked up and in the freezer. Make your macaroni ahead and you don't have much to prep!"

  1. This recipe rocks! I use vegetarian hamburger crumbles, 8 diced serrano peppers and a diced onion ....awesome heat :)

  2. This was easy to make and very tasty!! I used about 3/4 cup uncooked macaroni and used an 8x8 dish to bake the casserole in. DH rated this 4 stars which is a rarity so I'll definitely be making this again! Thanks for posting!

  3. This was quite good, but I think you made a mistake in the amount of pasta. I boiled two cups of UNCOOKED rotini and it was the perfect amount. This is simple and yummy and goes well with a salad. This is a keeper.

  4. My 9 year old and I both really like this! 2 cups of uncooked macaroni was perfect in my opinion. I cooked it al dente, for 9 minutes, and it didn’t soften much in the oven. Used a 9x13 Pyrex dish. Had to use vegan cheddar shreds because of my son’s milk allergy, and it came out great. Thanks so much for sharing!

  5. I loved this and thought it was the perfect amount of pasta, any more and I think it would be a little dry, but then I do like things very saucy. Thanks for a great recipe!!!
