Mango Garlic Sauce

ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 ounces butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 mangoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cream
directions
- Melt butter, add garlic and saute until tender.
- Add mango and lemon and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Stir in shallots and cream.
- If too thick, ass a little water.
- Store in fridge until serving time.
