DIRECTIONS

  • Add water to mango and cook until soft enough to mash. I use stick to puree.
  • Add sugar and spices.
  • Cook slowly for 45 minuts or until thick.
  • Stir frequently to prevent burning.
  • Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
