Delish!! I made a few adjustments to reduce the bulk since I was only serving 3 people: one pound of Italian sausage (no ground chuck), half the pizza sauce (we don't like tons of sauce), and just two kinds of cheese I had on hand (mozzarella and Parmesan). The crust was glorious, the aroma was delectable, and the taste was spectacular. I've had this recipe for years but never made it until now. I was really pleased and will make this part of my pizza/calzone repertoire. Thanks so much for the recipe. I sent the recipe to two people while I was still eating it.
