    lb ground chuck, cooked
  • oregano, to taste
  • basil, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Slices peppers and cut out seeds and center.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and stuff in peppers.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until done.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of peppers.
