    I too saw it on FoodTV years ago. Have made it every Thanksgiving since. But I half the sugar, use whole milk and zap the grated raw yams in a blender to get a finer texture. Say goodbye to those nasty marshmallow sweetpotatoes THIS is the best recipe to go with your turkey dinner!
