    ml skim milk (1 1/4 cups)

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the bananas, ma;ted ,o;l [pwder. wheat erm, frozen yoghurt and skim milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses and serve straight away.
