We thought this was fantastic! I absolutely loved the sauce, we served it over buttered noodles. I didn't use it for make ahead, wanted to try it first...but I am definitely going to make several batches at once next time to freeze. I may try making the sauce without the cornstarch, and using it for a marinade, it was just so good!

I ended up sitting for some friends of ours on short notice and this was on our two-week menu for the night. One of our friend's children told me "I don't eat chicken", but alas our rule is one family - one meal. I ended up increasing the honey to a little over 1/2 c since I knew my main audience was kids, and it turned out great! Mr. Picky wouldn't eat it until I said there was honey, then he took a bite, and then proclaimed "this is awesome!!" :)

I'm just now getting into cooking. Because I am such a picky eater I never try anything new and my family always gets the same ordinary meals. I'm trying to change that by (slowly) experimenting with different recipes.
