  • Mix together sausage, bread, chilies and cheese in a large bowl; set aside. Blend together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; stir into sausage mixture. Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan; cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350* for 50 minutes.

    This is pretty good though I must admit a little on the bland side. I used wheat bread since that is what I had though I usually have made recipes that specified white bread in the past. I am not sure how much this affected the flavor but maybe that was the problem.

    Made this for a good nutritious protein filled breakfast for all of us this morning. We love BC for breakfast. It is great to wake up in the morning and just put this in the oven. Made for Photo Tag.
