  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 1. Whisk together eggs & milk in a bowl.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, melt the butter. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon until you reach a paste consistency. Taste and alter brown sugar to your liking.
  • 3. Spread the butter mixture on the bottom of the pan (13x9) and then lay the bread on top of the mixture. Pour egg mixture all over the bread.
  • 4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is no longer wet.
