I read the reviews and decided to make these muffins based on those reviews. I have no idea who these would rate a 5 star. I used 4 times the amount of cinnamon and luckily I added raisins and dates and a sugar crunch on the top otherwise they would have been completely tasteless. they need at least 3/4 cups of sugar, perhaps some nutmeg?? The oats are overwhelming and at least 1/2 cup should be ground to a finer consistency. Even with the additions I made, they are not "company worthy" and these will be going out to my chickens this morning. A really disappointing result and a waste of 2 really good free range eggs.
