This was really good! I did use 1 1/2 cups of bisquick instead though because the listed amount wasn't enough for my pie plate, and added water accordingly. Also, instead of turkey ( we didn't have any) I used lean hamburger meat, but everything else was the same. It was delicious! Family loved it. Thanks for sharing.

I was a little confused about the Bisquick dough. When I tried to roll it out it was too fragile and fell apart. I made more and then just patted it into the pie dish (mostly on the bottom and a little up the sides). Other than that the taste was great and a very nice entree with a salad. I would put more tomatoes on the top (maybe 6 slices). Over all it was a nice change and I had catsup with mine and my husband had salsa with his. Thanks for a new recipe. Carole in Orlando
