  1. Came out great, really easy to make, finally a recipe that doesn't have a bazillion cups of confectioners sugar and still tastes delicious.

  2. Delicious! Soft, fluffy and just the right amount of chocolate. Sweetness level is perfect. This will ge my go to frosting recipe.

  3. Very very good. When it says a dash of salt-make sure you use only a dash (note to self). I shook the salt shaker a few times-still good (in a salted carmel kind of way) but not necessary. I might up the powder sugar to a full cup but it is 5 stars as is! Thank you.

  4. Nice texture and delicious. Very sweet tasting in spite of being low sugar. A+! You may want to double the recipe for a multi-layer cake if you're using it between the layers and on the side of the cake, but the amount worked well to cover my 13X9 inch single-layer cake.
