  • Add butter sprinkles, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for a few minutes.

  1. I didn't expect to like this too much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Like the other reviewer said, it was thick and creamy and so simple to make. I immediately baked a potato in the microwave and served it with snipped chives and a tablespoon of this sauce. Nice light taste, creamy mouth feel, much better than a plain potato. The recipe made 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon. I entered it into Mastercook and it comes out to 15 calories per tablespoon. Not bad. I used Butter Buds.
     
  2. Very good for a dieters version of butter sauce. It was thick and creamy. It was so super simple to put together too, I think the whole thing took 5 minutes. Thanks for sharing this.
