DIRECTIONS

  • Add oil into skillet.
  • Sear diced meat in pan.
  • Add flour to pan and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add beef stock to pan and stir.
  • Add remainder of ingredients.
  • Simmer 1-2 hours until barley is softened.
