ingredients

  • wooden skewer
  • 1 12 lbs center-cut pork chops, rinsed, dried, and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 (8 ounce) package small white mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch square pieces
  • 2 large bell peppers, cut into 1-inch square pieces
  • 13 cup Italian dressing

directions

  • Start the grill.
  • Assemble kebabs on the skewers and lay them in a baking dish or platter, then drizzle with italian dressing.
  • Grill for 8 min, turning once, or until pork is fully cooked.
