- 4 anaheim green chilies
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3 eggs

directions
- Mix all ingredients except chiles.
- Dredge chiles in mixture.
