A different kind of bruschetta, but I couldn't ask for a more tasty treat. I served these up as the first course of an italian feast for my parents anniversary. This wowed mom and dad. I have made it several times since, and it seems to get better and better. I add oregano, seasoning salt, pepper, some onion salt and garlic to the ricotta mixture and it is great. Thanks!

Made this dish for a as a starter for a dinner party one afternoon. Everybody said........"warm bruschetta???" They then proceeded to devour every last crumb of the stuff. Fantastic recipe...thanks.
