Just excellent! It was my second attempt at candymaking, and I think it takes a bit of practice to tell when something is at soft-ball stage (in spite of using a candy thermometer!). These are delicious but I may have cooked them a bit too long as they are darker than the pralines I had in NOLA and the texture is a bit grainy. It hasn't stopped us from savoring these, though, and I think my next attempt will be better! THis is a good recipe - flavor is great! Made for SWT 2018, Team Incredibles.
