Lone Star Firesnackers

"A spicy, "hot-as-you-want-it" snack cracker. So easy to make and keeps well (if they last). My son-in-law is addicted to these; he even asked for a batch of them for his birthday present."

  5. I didn't know how these would go over so I only made half a batch. What a waste of time. I've had to make them twice since. WE LOVE THEM! Only thing I do differently is I triple the cayenne and add some crushed red pepper flakes. Perfect with chili or anything else you eat a cracker with. we wont eat a plain cracker ever again. Thanks TxBluebonnet. We love em.

  1. My school teacher daughter gave me the recipe from her school...... only difference was 2tsp red crushed pepper flakes instead of the cayenne pepper. We loved it, however we are mindful of the "fat"content
