  1. I don't usually think of using london broil in this way but this recipe worked great! I made as posted and it was very easy. A very good basic meal. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2011.

  2. I was about to throw my "2 for the price of 1" London Broil in a baking bag, with potatoes, carrots, onions and a little red wine, when I realized we almost always do that. Decided to try this, so cut a large red potato in long quarters and stuffed them around the sides. Since my casserole was BARELY large enough, I put an old pan on the bottom rack to catch the drips. This was a good combination of flavors and an easy prep. I just have to think of it earlier in the day !!

  3. My family loved this and the only thing said was they wished the drippings had made gravy.. next time I will add some liquid to the mix...

  4. Excellent and so easy. Love the extra gravy for mashed potatoes or other side. I would watch the cooking time. I only cooked for 2 1/4 hours at 325 and it was a little too done for me. I will definately make again though.
