    tablespoon dried chamomile or 1 tablespoon fresh dried chamomile

    slices burdock root (1/2-inch each)

    piece dried dandelion root (1-inch)
  • 2
    teaspoons dried mint or 2 teaspoons of fresh mint

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil water and then steep remaining ingredients for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink once a day.
