  • Mince liver and an onion in ther food processor.
  • In a big bowl combine the rest of the ingridients with the liver-onion paste.
  • mix well.
  • heat the frying pan on medium high heat.
  • pour one tablespoon of any friyng oil.
  • using a small ladle pour the paste making half palm size pancakes.
  • cook each side for 2 minutes or until the juce in not coming out.
  • serve hot or warm with some garnish or by itself with a little of sour cream.
