- 500 gramms veal liver
- 1 large onion
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
directions
- Mince liver and an onion in ther food processor.
- In a big bowl combine the rest of the ingridients with the liver-onion paste.
- mix well.
- heat the frying pan on medium high heat.
- pour one tablespoon of any friyng oil.
- using a small ladle pour the paste making half palm size pancakes.
- cook each side for 2 minutes or until the juce in not coming out.
- serve hot or warm with some garnish or by itself with a little of sour cream.
