Lindy's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake
- Ready In:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in mixer.
- stir in all remaining ingredients.
- pour into ungreased 8x8x2 square pan.
- bake 35 to 40 minutes.
- use any icing you like or none at all.

I love that you don't need eggs and its super easy to make. My son is severely allergic to eggs, peanuts and basically everything and I though this would be a perfect b-day cake. Used Whipped Cream Frosting recipe for the frosting ( you can give it flavor) Its YUMMY! My other 4 kids loved it too Even my 2 picky eaters.
Wow. I hope you really like to cook and bake, because I'd love to see more of your recipes! This cake was so simple and yet so enjoyable. My husband and I grabbed it fresh out of the oven topped with a little powdered sugar and whipped cream. Chocolate heaven on a plate!
