Lime Butter Basted Shrimp

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat barbecue to hight heat and lightly oil grill. Pat shrimp dry using a paper towel.
  • Finely grate lime, measure 1 teaspoons zest; stir into melted butter. Halve the lime and squeeze 1 tablespoons juice into buter mixture along with honey, hot sauce and garlic. Divide mixture in half.
  • Toss shrimp with half the butter mixture and pepper. Grill until shrimp are firm and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Brush with remaining butter mixture before serving.
