After renaming salmon the Pink Princess Fish, my three year old gobbles it up going for seconds and thirds. She loves lemon and this recipe produces a very moist fish. I usually serve it up with a lemony broccoli, also known as fairy trees in our house.

Made for Think Pink 213 Cancer Awareness tag game and this was a winner and so simple. I cut the recipe in half for DH and I and on DH's piece I did add a little brown sugar (he likes a little sweetness with this salmon) and put it in the oven like Bergy but I set the oven at 350 and baked it for about 18 minutes. Delicious! Served with brown rice/ red quinoa mix and fresh green beans.<br/>Thank you for posting.
