  • Stir together first 9 ingredients in a large bowl until blended; add coleslaw mix, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours.

  1. Photo may be seen here (in Savor): www.annacia.com. Wow, and that pretty well sum's it up. I made this with a Meyer lemon and added the pulp after it was squeezed. I made a 1/2 recipe as I'm pretty much the only salad eater around here. Some of it was used to make a slaw and avocado wrap for lunch and that was, indeed, very much enjoyed. This one is a keeper for sure. Thanks so much Nancy. :D
