- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (16 ounce) packages shredded coleslaw mix
directions
- Stir together first 9 ingredients in a large bowl until blended; add coleslaw mix, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Photo may be seen here (in Savor): www.annacia.com. Wow, and that pretty well sum's it up. I made this with a Meyer lemon and added the pulp after it was squeezed. I made a 1/2 recipe as I'm pretty much the only salad eater around here. Some of it was used to make a slaw and avocado wrap for lunch and that was, indeed, very much enjoyed.
