- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil (or more to taste)

- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or jar.

Very nice and fresh tasting! I have a slight preference for dressings with a bit more 'stick to it-ness' (ok, that is not a real word) so if I were using it as a salad dressing again I would probably add some mustard as an emulsifier. I'm sure it would be perfect as is on grilled vegetables though. Made for Susie's World TourReply
