ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 6 -8 cups powdered sugar
• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest

directions

1. Mix butter, 2/3 of the powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest till smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar.
