  • Process lemon Zest and Juice.
  • Whisk Eggs, Zest and Honey in the top of a double boiler.
  • Add Coconut oil and Whisk over medium heat until coconut oil has melted.
  • Add Lemon Juice.
  • Continue cooking over medium heat until mixture begins to boil.
  • Remove from heat and continue Whisking as it thickens.
  • Once thickened add Chia Seeds and spoon into small bowls and refridgerate.
