• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons ground cloves
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground star anise
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground mace
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1. Combine spices together and store in an airtight container such as a small mason jar.
2. Spices stay fresh tasting for up to a year.
