Lazy Chocolate Mousse

"This is the lazy way to impress your guests! Works every time."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 6 cups
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 2 (3 1/2 ounce) chocolate instant pudding
• 2 (8 ounce) non-dairy whipped topping
• 2 eggs
• 2 -4 teaspoons alcohol (your favorite kind- brandy, frangelico...depending on how much you like alcohol)
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee (with a tad of hot water to liquify)
• 1 1 tablespoon nuts (optional) or 1 tablespoon coconut, for decoration (optional)

directions

1. 1. In your mixing bowl start with your Rich whip mix until fluffy.
2. 2. gradually add your eggs don't over mix.
3. 3. gradually add your pudding until fully mixed.
4. 4. Add your alcohol and coffee.
5. 5. Spoon into cups and serve chilled with shredded something on top!
