Made for New Kids on the Block Tag. I'm not going to rate this as deciding to make it without the proper directions was my mistake. I did use 1 tsp. vanilla. I followed directions, but then knew something had to be amiss. Very soupy when I poured it into pan. It seemed to caramelize and then was real gooey when set--whether I refrigerated it or not; and I did both. BUT...BUT...being a candy freak as I am, I gotta tell you...this was like an entire 11 X 7 pan of melted Sugar Babies Caramel candies!!! I truly could have eaten the entire dish, but needed to dispose of it relatively quickly or I would have made it into the Guinness Book of World Records as the "World's Largest Human Sugar Baby!" So, I don't know. Maybe a well-experienced chef or candy-making expert would know how to do this really interesting recipe justice.
