Lanell's Clam Dip
Classic dip to serve with Fritos. I usually double as it is always a hit. Guessed on serving size.
- Ready In:
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 7 ounces canned clams, drained and chopped (reserve juice)
- 1⁄4 cup clam juice
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Fabulous dip that reinforced my reputation at work as the Queen of Dips. No one could pick the secret ingredient -- clams -- and only a few guessed seafood. My can of clams weighed 10 ounces (290 grams). This was so easy to make -- just tossed everything in the food processor and buzzed it for about a minute. Yummo!Reply
