1 casserole
ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb (browned)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
- 1⁄2 cup sliced cremini mushroom
- 12 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 2 cups Minute Rice
directions
- Combine all ingredients in casserole.
- cover and bake@ 350 45 minutes or untill rice is tender.
- NOTE: for thicker casserole, use more rice, for thinner, use less.
