- 800 g lamb
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 ml water
- 300 ml sour cream, light
- 1 bunch dill
directions
- Cut meat into cubes or serving pieces and brown in butter in hot pan. Remove the meat and set aside.
- Add the mushrooms and the flour to the same pan and brown slightly. Add the water and meat and stir well. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 45 mins or until the meat is tender.
- Add the cream and the chopped dill and stir well. Bring back to a simmer.
- Serve.
