Korean BBQ & Sauce

"This was given to me by my son who is attending cooking class. I'm putting it on here for safe keeping. He said the entire class raved about the sauce! Note: Cooking time depends on what type of meat you use. The time for marinating is 24 hours so plan ahead."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 3 lbs country-style pork ribs or 3 lbs chicken, cut up
• 1 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄2 cup sesame oil
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 8 minced garlic cloves
• 1 bunch chopped green onion
• 1 piece gingerroot, peeled and chopped fine (2inches)
• black pepper
• 1 cup sugar

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. In plastic bag, marinate meat for 24 hours. Cook on grill. Serve to your favorite friends. This is wonderful!
