Kitchen Kouture Potatoe Salad

"This is my favorite potatoe salad. It makes just enough for a pot luck or picnic with family. Try using it as a dip with potatoe chips. (I like it with Ruffles) YUM!"

ingredients

• 5 potatoes, cubed, boiled, drained
• 3 stalks celery, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 eggs, boiled, chopped
• 2 tablespoons relish, dill
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons mustard
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
• 2 tablespoons cumin
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt

directions

1. Add all in a bowl.
2. Mix well to desired texture.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
