  • 1 12 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 1 12 ounces coconut rum
  • 3 ounces half-and-half

directions

  • Pour the coffee liqueur and the coconut rum over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
  • Fill with half and half cream, stir, and serve.

  1. A wonderful cocktail, very creamy and smooth. It was better than our usual White Russian because it had something extra (the coconut rum, no doubt) that blended perfectly with the coffee liqueur. Thank you for posting this recipe, Boomette.

  3. Mmmmmm, my kind of drink. Smooth and delicious (although I did use only 1 ounce each of the liquors). This was a perfect good by toast to Christmas. Made for Photo Tag.
