- 1 1⁄2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups almonds, sliced
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed meal
- 5 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1⁄4 cup stevia
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup coconut oil, melted

- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together almonds, pecans, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, flax meal, and chia seeds. Stir in cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Beat egg white until foamy. Add the granola and coconut oil into the blender (switch to a regular beater if you were using the whisk attachment). Stir until everything is well coated. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden, gently stirring halfway through. Let cool completely.
