  • Chop and steam cauliflower for 15 min or until cooked.
  • Drain and press dry with a towel to rice as much water as possible.
  • Add butter and cream and salt to food processor with cauliflower and pulse until thick and creamy.
  • While cauliflower is cooking, saute veggies and garlic on the stove.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Drain of excess fat.
  • Add broth and bring to a soft boil. Stir in xanthan gum or corn starch.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and other spices as preferred.
  • Stir until nice and thick and transfer to an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Spread cauli mash over the top.
  • Drag a fork over the top of the mash to make a rippled rough surface.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min or until it is hot and bubbly and the top is starting to brown.
