ingredients

• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1⁄2 tablespoon ground red pepper
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 3 teaspoons dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons black pepper

directions

1. Combine all together and rub 2 tablespoons on any pound of beef chicken turkey fish or pork.
