DIRECTIONS

  • Grate cheese and place in large bowl. Add pimentos and juice and the scallions.
  • Combine mayo, lemon juice and garlic. Add to cheese mixture. Add worcestershire, Tabasco and pepper and mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • Serve at room temp with crackers or veggie dippers. Will keep several days in fridge.
