Judijo's Pesto Meat Marinade

"I have been told this marinade rocks. I have used it for chicken, shrimp, and steak, either barbeque'd or sauteed in olive oil. It is easily adaptable to use as a pre-heat dressing for cooking vegetables."

  • Use as marinade on any meat and let soak in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
  • BBQ or pan-sear/saute to your liking.
