ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
directions
- Mix dry flour, sugar and baking powder in one bowl.
- Mix other stuff in another bowl.
- mix bowls together.
- make cookies.
- bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

These were pretty lousy - didn't taste good (very flour-y tasting) the texture was lumpy and dry. Part of it could have been the lack of instructions, but I think most of it was that they just didn't have much flavor. Tried them because my son is allergic to eggs, but he took one nibble and refused to eat any more. Maybe some butter or more vanilla would help the flavor and/or texture. -
I was looking for a recipe for cookies with no butter. I came across this one and had all the ingredients so I went for it. I think they turned out really good. I wish I had another. They really tasted good. I'll be sure to fix these again. They're quick and easy too. Thank you for sharing! -
My daughter made these, because she said the recipe seemed simple. The cookies were AWFUL (and my daughter is 14 and great at baking)! I checked the recipe and realized, I think its a joke. The instructions are sad, and the recipe was probably made by a 3 year old. Yuck!
