- 3 lbs ground beef or 3 lbs ground turkey
- 1 1⁄2 cups plain breadcrumbs
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 eggs
directions
- Beat eggs.
- Combine all ingredients mix well.
- Form meatballs.
- Bake at 400 in oven until golden brown.
- Turn once.

I appreciate having meatballs in the freezer for a quick preparation, & that's just what I did with most of these! Made the recipe with ground turkey & when finished, froze most of them for later use! Those I served were VERY TASTY with a homemade pasta sauce, & they'll be a nice change from those I've made with pork & beef! Thanks for a very nice keeper!
