Joy's Sausage Stuffing

"This is my mother-in-law's famous stuffing. I grew up eating cornbread stuffing at Thanksgiving, but after tasting this Sausage Stuffing I switched, and we've had it every Thanksgiving for the last 20 yrs. It's super easy too. Worcestershire is important. I have added the ground beef before, but I usually don't."

ingredients

• 1 lb ground sausage
• 1⁄2 lb ground beef (optional)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 stalks celery, chopped
• 10 slices white bread, torn into small pieces
• 1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in
• 1 cup water
• 2 eggs, beaten
• sprinkling Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. Brown hamburger meat and sausage; drain. Combine all ingredients and bake 350 for 40 minutes.
